The Restaurant at The Setai invites you  to experience an entirely new menu, created from a vision of Executive Chef Mathias Gervais.

Our new Restaurant menu features various cuisines and traditional flavors of Europe's "Sun Coast," inclusive of the Mediterranean regions of Spain, Italy, the South of France and Provence. The Restaurant's classic Spanish cooking technique of grilling "a la plancha" fortifies and extracts the versatility of flavors and aromas of these regional Mediterranean ingredients to their fullest potential.

SUNDAY JAZZ BRUNCH AT THE SETAI

The hottest venue for foodies on Miami Beach each week is the highly lauded Sunday Jazz brunch at The Setai, Miami Beach. From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every week hotel guests, locals and visitors alike can savor brunch favorites, prepared by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais and his talented international culinary team.

Limitless Taittinger Champagne, with chilled Bellinis and Mimosas further enhance the experience.  The culinary team will cook at live “stations,” for guests to watch, preparing traditional dishes including waffles, omelets and more. Seafood fans can opt for local crab, oysters, mussels, gulf shrimp, or in-house smoked salmon from the seafood bar.  Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in decadent handmade pastries and desserts fresh from the kitchen of The Setai, Miami Beach.
