Vijayudu Veena

Born in the city of Hyderabad, at the crossroads of North and South India, Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena pays homage to his culinary heritage with an array of signature Southeast Asian experiences at The Setai, Miami Beach. Veena attended and excelled at the acclaimed Institut Hotelier César Ritz in Le Bouveret, Switzerland where he achieved an advanced certificate and a bronze medal in culinary arts. Today as Executive Chef, Veena’s vision guides The Setai’s culinary drive to excellence and innovation.
