The Restaurant at The Setai invites you to experience an entirely new menu, created from a vision of Executive Chef Mathias Gervais. The Restaurant now features various cuisines and traditional flavors of Europe's "Sun Coast," inclusive of the Mediterranean regions of Spain, Italy, the South of France and Provence. The Restaurant's classic Spanish cooking technique of grilling "a la plancha" fortifies and extracts the versatility of flavors and aromas of these regional Mediterranean ingredients.

The hottest venue for foodies on Miami Beach each week is the highly lauded Sunday Jazz brunch at The Restaurant at The Setai. From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every week, hotel guests, residents, locals and visitors alike will savor brunch favorites, prepared by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais and his talented international culinary team, alongside complimentary Taittinger Champagne and Bloody Marys and live jazz music.

The Setai Grill’s bites, small plates and entrées are inspired by robust Asia-Pacific flavors, along with our own vibrant surroundings of Latin and South America, while using only the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients. Our exclusive cuts of dry-aged beef are sourced from the finest meat purveyor in the country: Pat LaFrieda & Son out of New York City.
Experience a new culinary journey at The Setai Grill with a new 6-course prix fixe menu, featuring rich dishes like Lobster Dumplings, Korean Short Ribs and Champagne Sorbet with Strawberries. Special wine pairings, carefully selected by our Sommelier, may also be enjoyed. For an extra special evening, dine in The Setai Grill's exclusive Wine Cellar or aside The Courtyard’s serenity pond. The tasting menu is $115 per person, with an optional $65 per person wine pairing.
