The hotel’s acclaimed culinary team, led by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais, deliveries American brunch favorites including waffles and omelets, alongside an enviable selection from the French Riviera and Mediterranean, with options including grilled provençale vegetables, tuna nicoise, gazpacho and a series of premium grilled meats like roasted strip loin, caramelized leg of lamb with honey and occidentale spices, truffle roasted chicken and more.
Seafood fans can opt for local crab, oysters, mussels, gulf shrimp, or in-house smoked salmon from the seafood bar. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in decadent handmade pastries and desserts fresh from the pastry kitchen of The Setai, Miami Beach.
Brunch includes live jazz entertainment and complimentary Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
