Jazz Brunch for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day

Celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day at The Setai's signature Jazz Brunch. To start, savor our Mediterranean specialties, including a pasta station, truffle risotto, green salads from the French Rivera, Italian antipasti and gourmet cheeses.

The carving station will feature roasted honey glazed leg of lamb, Creekstone strip loin, and truffle-roasted Murray Farm chicken. Or, let us tempt you with a taste of Asia featuring barbeque Kurobuta Bershire pork ribs, Indian lamb vindaloo, and upma (Indian polenta).

Accompany your entrées with an exquisite array of seafood, including Alaskan king crab legs, snow crab claws, Blue Point oysters, Mediterranean muscles, little neck clams, shrimp and cod ceviche.

Bring the afternoon to a sweet ending with the bountiful dessert selection of petit delights, pumpkin and apple tartlets, English fruit cake topped with marzipan, chocolate cake, yule log, traditional French “Buche de Noel, and homemade marshmallows and hot chocolate. 

These culinary delights will be accompanied by complimentary Taittinger Champagne, Mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys and a live Flamenco and Mediterranean jazz trio.

Price: $95 per adult and $45 per child (ages 5-12 years old)

Thanksgiving Dinner – 4-Course Prix-Fixe Menu

Enjoy a classic but luxurious 4-course Thanksgiving dinner menu, with 3 choices per course, including options like homemade Maine lobster ravioli; velvety pumpkin velouté soup garnished with shaved parmesan cheese and truffle oil; and the roasted turkey legs with sausage, chestnut and mortadella, honey and cardamom jus, sweet potato puree and cranberry chutney. Finish with a pumpkin tart with pumpkin mousse and cranberry and cherry chutney or a chai-spiced chocolate cake.

Enjoy live entertainment of Spanish and classic guitar during dinner. The Restaurant’s a la carte menu will also be available. Guests may also visit The Setai Grill for a version of The Restaurant's Thanksgiving menu and its normal a la carte menu.

Savor the gourmet, sophisticated 4-course prix-fix Christmas dinner menu designed by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais, featuring options like the wrapped crispy langoustine; rich chestnut soup with pancetta and roasted porcini; black truffle risotto with fresh shaved Burgundy truffles; and the traditional John Dory, thinly sliced filets pan seared “la plancha” with fresh thyme, served with braised fennel in shellfish and artichokes. For desert, try the la buche de noel, an airy white chocolate mousse with flavors of bergamot and red currants with toasted almonds.

Enjoy live entertainment of Spanish and classic guitar during dinner. The Restaurant’s a la carte menu will also be available.
