A New Setai Grill Menu: East Meets West

This season, The Setai Grill's team of international culinarians, led by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais, brings an “East meets West” interpretation of a modern prime steakhouse with Asian-inspired dishes.

The Setai Grill’s bites, small plates and entrees are inspired by the robust Asia-Pacific flavors, along with our own vibrant surroundings of Latin and South America, while using only the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients. The Setai Grill’s signature premium meats, sourced from the finest meat purveyor in the country: Pat LaFrieda & Son, will also tantalize guests’ taste buds.

A NEW TASTING MENU

Indulge in a new culinary journey at The Setai Grill with a 6-course prix fixe menu, featuring specialty dishes like Lobster Dumplings, Korean Short Ribs and Champagne Sorbet with Strawberries. Special wine pairings, carefully selected by our Sommelier, may also be enjoyed. For an extra special evening, dine in the Grill’s exclusive Wine Cellar or aside The Courtyard’s serenity pond. Guests may enjoy the tasting menu for $115 per person, with an optional $65 per person wine pairing.
