Join us for a luxurious evening, featuring a four-course menu, designed by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais, and sophisticated wine pairings from the historical winery Henri Bourgeois of Loire Valley and Clos Henri of New Zealand. This special event will be hosted by Laurent Nolet Bourgeois. The Restaurant at The Setai invites guests to experience premium French Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, plus discover the Bourgeois family’s internationally recognized small production wines from Marlborough, New Zealand. An indulgent three-course Miami Spice dinner menu is available nightly, now through September 30th, in The Restaurant for $39 per person. Savor gourmet entrées, such as Red Snapper with Sauce Vierge and Crispy Artichokes or Slow-Braised Lamb Tajine with Zaalouk Eggplant, plus choose from a savory selection of appetizers and desserts to complete this luxurious dining experience.
