With four exceptionally unique specialty suites all more than 1,500 sq. ft. in size, The Setai Tower Suites blend space and privacy with relaxation-inducing views to accommodate an extensive array of discerning tastes and desires.
 
The Loft Suite offers impressive 18 foot tall ceilings and floor–to–ceiling windows with panoramic views of the sparkling skyline and Atlantic Ocean, while the Entertainment Suite offers a wet bar for entertaining guests. The two-bedroom Grande Suite offers a unique design with a spa treatment room en suite, as well as a dedicated media room.
 
Available only upon request, The Penthouse is situated beautifully atop The Setai’s soaring oceanfront glass Tower, reflecting the ultimate in luxury and excellence. The 10,000 square foot Penthouse occupies the entire 40th floor and boasts a 4,000 sq ft rooftop terrace with private eternity pool and Jacuzzi offering 360 degree views of the glittering Miami Beach.

Two- and Four-Bedroom Specialty Suites
Our two- and three-bedroom specialty suites invite you to linger. The stunning suites with generous balconies offer you space, comfort and elevated design while the eye-entrancing views capture the turquoise of South Beach’s famous waters.
Our Entertainment Suite, Two-Bedroom provides our guests with the additional space to entertain. The suite includes a full kitchen, living room, den with a dining table and sitting area and three master bathrooms. Our two-bedroom with den is 1746 square feet (162 square metres) and has a partial ocean view.
Our Grande Suite, Two-Bedroom Spa and Media Room offers a specially designed room so our guests may enjoy the tranquility of a spa treatment in the privacy of their own suite, the use of a cedar sauna, as well as a dedicated media room. The suite includes a full walk-through kitchen, a dining room that seats eight people, a living room with two sitting areas, an extra room to prepare for spa treatments and an entertainment room with a 52-inch plasma screen TV. Our two-bedroom with entertainment room and spa is 3552 square feet (330 square metres) and has an ocean view.
Loft Two Bedroom Suite - City and Partial Ocean View Suite, two bedroom, features 1 bedroom with a Dux king bed and 2nd Bedroom with a queen bed, full walk though kitchen and living room with dining table and sitting area with a day bed. Luminous open space with high ceilings and balcony entrance from Living and Master Bedroom.  Asian style Deco. Teak and black granite floors, 2.5 bathrooms with vanities and a rainfall shower with luxury Italian bath accessories. The main Bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bose surround-sound CD/DVD system, two 22 inch flat-screen LCD and one 42 inch plasma TV, Lavazza espresso coffee maker, mini bar and Dial up & Wireless Internet. 1500sq ft / 140 sq mt. 18 feet ceiling.

The Four-Bedroom Penthouse

With ever-enchanting views, detail-dedicated design and a butler available at any moment, our penthouse defines excellence in accommodation across the globe.
Our penthouse has four bedrooms, two that are master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one that has two twin trundle beds, and a queen-sized bed in the fourth room or butler’s room. The penthouse has four bathrooms, two large Jacuzzi tubs and a steam shower as well as a powder room for guests. The penthouse offers two living rooms and a music room with a Steinway piano. On the terrace for private use is an eternity pool and a Jacuzzi. Our penthouse has 10,000 square feet (930 square metres) and offers wrap-around views.
